Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $ 8 to $20 / hour

Position Overview

JobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RM / Customer Service position with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Coordinate with production and shipping departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

 Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, data entry.

 Provide customers with product information and details on order status.

 Coordinate with internal teams, such as production and shipping, to meet

delivery timelines.

 Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive

experience.

 Maintain and update customer account information.

Qualifications

 Communication :  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary

to interact with customers and internal teams.

 Problem-solving :  Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

 Organizational :  Strong skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

environment.

 Technical :  Proficiency with Excel and CRM

  Previous experience in customer service, in a warehouse, ideally with

manufactured products, is often preferred

 Education :  A High School Diploma or GED
