Title : Senior Interior Designer Technical Leader

Reports To : Principal

Department : Interiors

Location : Boston - Hybrid

The Senior Interior Designer II is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and managing multiple complex design projects across various typologies. This role involves developing innovative interior design concepts, presenting compelling narratives, and ensuring the design aligns with the clients goals, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design development and manage design teams on complex, concurrent projects.
• Engage clients to inspire and deliver sustainable design solutions.
• Create space plans, 3D concepts, and material palettes that align with client vision.
• Present design concepts and maintain design integrity throughout all phases.
• Oversee preparation of construction documents and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Collaborate on construction and FF&E budgets, schedules, and project management.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent design quality.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
