We are hiring an Account Manager / Client Services Representative . America's Choice welcomes recent college graduates as well as experienced professionals looking to grow in a new career. We are committed to your success and provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in the role.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering exceptional service and support
• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests related to policies, billing, and account updates
• Manage policy updates, vehicle changes, auto-pay adjustments, renewals, and coverage inquiries
• Retain clients by providing solution-based insurance options and proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage
• Document all client interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently
• Support agency goals by contributing to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products
