Position Summary :

The Games Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for our guests. Assists patrons of amusement facility and performs minor repairs on game machines : Explains operation of game machines to patrons, listens to patron complaints regarding malfunction of machines. Places out-of-order sign on defective machines, return money lost in defective machines and notify maintenance department of defective machines. Observes conduct of patrons in facility to ensure orderliness and asks disruptive patrons to leave.

Responsibilities :

• Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
• Use Spirit to great and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
• Explains operation of games to guests
• Excellence is developing an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments.
• Actively shows Courage by monitoring the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages.
• Notifies venue management of any machine errors and return credit to guests
• Shows Respect by maintaining a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
• Maintains accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change.
• Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full.
• Other duties as assigned.
