VTS is looking for an intelligent and self-motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive in our New York office. Our account executives are hard-working, coachable, curious, and adaptable, and they take a process-oriented approach to closing new business. As an Account Executive at VTS, you'll drive revenue growth by selling our Activate product across an expansive territory in the multifamily market. You'll have the opportunity to build and own a book of business, cultivating new client relationships while driving long-term value through strategic upselling and expansion.
To thrive in this role you must be driven, possess an eagerness to learn, and a high level of accountability towards a quality work product. You value collaboration, engaging cross-functional partners to solve challenges to ensure the best strategy is applied to the client. Pay Transparency
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $90,000 and $110,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography. There is a commission structure for the position that will bring the OTE (on target earnings) to $180,000 - $220,000 depending on the base salary agreed upon and achievement to goals.
