Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop a strategy and execute on pursuing innovative channels of marketing, set direction of our campaigns and also craft compelling, persuasive copy that resonates with our audience. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution — ensuring our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and effective across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the brand voice, ensuring it is consistent across all marketing materials.
• Write high-quality copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, website content, and social media.
• Provide creative direction and oversee design / copy alignment for multi-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive marketing assets.
• Conduct A / B testing on messaging and refine copy for maximum impact and conversion.
• Lead market research to understand customer psychology, competitor positioning, and emerging trends.
• Analyze campaign results and adapt creative / copy strategies accordingly.
• Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead initiatives to expand audience

Qualifications

Ideally understands GLP-1 medication

Very strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills
