Next 150 Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent I. Superintendent I assists the project superintendent in coordinating trade contractors, maintaining high safety standards, and assisting with the quality control process.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate trade contractors to stay on schedule
• Maintain strict accordance with the contract documents
• Support all safety efforts in the field, lead safety orientations
• Stay informed of all field activities
• Monitor actual work to maintain compliance for the work plan
• Maintain daily reports and documentation
• Enforce safety and quality control policies
• Attend and participate in project meetings
• Establish credibility among owners, trade contractors, unions etc. by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment

Qualifications :

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Pittsburgh, PA this ranges from $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
