Bachelor's Degree in ArchitectureRevit is requiredCommercial experience - workplace, entertainment, mixed-use, retail...Responsibilities :
Coordinate project documentation from schematic design through construction documents.Manage drawing sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with building codes and standards.Collaborate with project teams, including architects, consultants, and engineers, to resolve design and technical issues.Lead junior staff in drafting and detailing tasks, providing guidance and quality control.Communicate with clients and contractors to clarify design intent and address construction-related questions.Review and redline drawings, ensuring completeness and adherence to project goals.Assist in permitting processes, including preparing and submitting documents to local authorities.Support construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews.Maintain project schedules and deadlines, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery.Benefits
