Seirēn is a refined Spanish–Mediterranean conservas bar and cocktail lounge opening in Chelsea, New York this November 2025. We are assembling an exceptional back-of-house team to help bring this ambitious and elegant concept to life.
At Seirēn, the menu is a love letter to the coastal regions of Spain and the Mediterranean — featuring an abundant variety of imported conservas, caviar service, a raw bar, artisanal charcuterie and cheeses, and a selection of thoughtfully executed tapas. Every dish will highlight pristine ingredients, modern technique, and timeless flavor.
We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and detail-oriented kitchen professionals for the following positions :
Sous Chef
Line Cooks (Hot & Cold Stations)
Prep Cooks
Dishwashers / Porters
What We’re Looking For :
Prior experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
A strong foundation in Mediterranean or Spanish cuisine a plus
Respect for ingredients, precision in execution, and consistency in quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and high-standard environment
Punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
