LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Critical Care PA in Reston, Virginia, 20190!

About The Position

We are seeking a Critical Care Physician Assistant for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Virginia, starting Sep 1, 2025. This role requires managing complex patient cases including Central lines, Intubations, Arterial Lines, and vent management during shifts from 7p-7a. Ideal candidates must be proficient in Meditech EHR and certified in Critical Care Medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform Central lines, Intubations, and Arterial Lines independently
  • Manage ventilator-dependent patients
  • Ensure high-quality care in critical situations
  • Utilize Meditech EHR for documentation and management of patient care

  • Must be board certified in Critical Care Medicine
  • Must hold a valid Virginia Physician Assistant license
