Key Responsibilities
Analyze TA workflows and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize recruitment KPIs and workforce trends
Provide actionable insights to guide hiring strategy and support cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting analytics, people analytics, or data management
Experience implementing or integrating ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday)
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and metrics
Ability to synthesize data into clear insights for diverse audiences
