Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager will serve as the right hand to the General Manager, with a primary focus on elevating BIBA’s food & beverage program. This role blends operational oversight with a strong presence on the floor, ensuring that every dining room, bar, and event space operates at the highest level of service, precision, and atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, balancing front-of-house operations, team mentorship, and member engagement, while upholding the exclusivity and refinement that define BIBA.
