Retail Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for Sector Evals-Subject Matter Experts in Marketing, Retail, and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a domain expert during the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring contextual accuracy and industry relevance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design training data strategies and evaluate model outputs

Stay current with emerging trends and provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Retail Management, etc.)

3-12 years of experience in the respective sectors (Retail, Marketing, or Insurance)

Proven ability to translate business processes into structured data requirements

Familiarity with industry-specific data systems and tools

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in AI / ML contexts
