Surgery is not required—but if you love it, we can tailor a role that’s surgery-forward just for you. Whether you’re handling emergency cases or complex diagnostics, you’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to succeed. What You Need : DVM or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience Independent clinical confidence (although support and collaboration access is always present) Team-first mindset & strong communication skills Commitment to compassionate patient care Why New Braunfels?
