Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and engage a diverse pool of candidates Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring process Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

Education, Skills, And Abilities Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous equivalent experience will be considered Must be bilingual, with Spanish as the second language. Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions within a construction / manufacturing environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset Ability to travel to various plant locations
