A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to support full cycle recruiting for key hires across operations and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job definition, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
Develop a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Understand the company culture and business needs to identify successful candidate profiles
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical and / or corporate roles
Experience recruiting in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
In-house recruitment experience
Demonstrated success in innovative candidate attraction and retention strategies
Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools
