A company is looking for a Contracts Assistant to join their mortgage team.
Key Responsibilities :
Review contracts for completeness and accuracy
Draft rate quote offers and related communications
Update Salesforce and Encompass with contract terms
Required Qualifications :
Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
Experience in US Mortgage Lending preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Mid-level experience in a related field
Comfortable handling sensitive information
