JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager responsible for the successful coordination and completion of our projects and programs. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress, ensuring all projects align with our strategic goals. With a focus on preparing detailed reports for upper management, this role requires at least 7 years of related experience, a robust understanding of project management principles, and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of project / program development.
- Set project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for upper management.
- Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to achieve set objectives.
- Employ strategic planning and creative thinking to address and overcome challenges.
Must have Skills
Industry Experience Required :
Previous experience in the related field or industry is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with its concepts, practices, and procedures.
