We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in accounting and leadership. The ideal individual will play a key role in overseeing financial processes and supporting the team in maintaining accurate and efficient operations.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and review all balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide backup support to the accounts receivable team and oversee operations.
• Assist with accounts payable processes and drive improvements in the procure-to-pay workflow.
• Prepare and review journal entries while ensuring reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
• Enhance and refine the month-end close template to streamline reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and address financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting operations and reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and NetSuite to manage financial systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
