Hourly Pay Range : \n\n$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.\n\nPosition Highlights : \n

• Location : Arlington Heights, IL\n
• Full Time - 36 hours / week\n
• Hours : 7pm-7 : 30am, Every other weekend\n\nWhat you will do : \n
• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.\n
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.\n
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.\n
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.\n
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.\nMaintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.\n
• What you will need : \n
• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing\n
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois\n
