Experienced Luxury Retail Optician

BeSpoke Vision needs an Experienced Luxury Optician who will help contribute to the best patient service experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a team of compassionate and engaging professionals to provide exceptional care and a top tier experience to our patients!

In this role, you will assist patients with choosing multiple sets of eyewear that suit their style, hobbies, preferences and prescription; fill, order, dispense and adjust glasses and sunglasses; make accurate notes in our EHR; communicate with patients via phone and text; process financial transactions; greet and serve walk-in customers and more.

This is a full-time position offering the stability of a career in healthcare and NO WEEKENDS !

Pay range : $18 - $22 hourly

Prior eyecare or opticianry experience will be prioritized, but not absolutely required. We offer paid training to the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning!

Requirements :

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years successful high end or medical customer service or retail experience.
• The supreme ability to inspire confidence in patients and peers.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Ability to confidently work autonomously, knowing when to ask questions.
• Positive outlook.
• Strong desire to help people.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing thoroughness.
• The ability to confidently approach patients and guide financial discussions.
