We are currently seeking an IT-Specialty Software Engineer for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration : 18 Months Contract

Location : Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Salary : $80.00 / Hourly

Role : IT-Specialty Software Engineer

Primary Skills : ServiceNow

Role Description : The IT-Specialty Software Engineer must have 7+ years of experience. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Third Party Risk Management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet client requirements.
  • Design and deploy Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions including :

O Policy and Compliance Management

O Risk Management

O Audit Management

O Third Party Risk Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications using Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancement of ServiceNow modules based on user feedback.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and governance frameworks.

    • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

    Experience : Minimum 7+ years of experience

    Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

    Travel : No

    Local Preferred : Yes
