As an Embedded Software Engineer specializing in Flight Control Computer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting software solutions that enable safe and automated flight controls, powered by our innovative FlightOS.
From software design to verification and validation, you'll ensure adherence to rigorous industry standards and FAA regulations, paving the way for the future of Urban Commercial Aviation.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with system engineers and architects to design and develop flight automation software, driving towards certification.
- Develop low-level drivers in embedded C and test software components to interface with various peripherals.
- Create software and firmware for communication with motion controllers, both custom and third-party.
- Contribute to the writing, review, and approval of system and software requirements and design documents.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support project objectives.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with C / C++
- Strong self-starter capable of working independently to influence organizational outcomes.
- Experience in developing software requirements, design, testing, and verification.
