We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Audit Senior to join our Internal Audit team. This role offers the opportunity to support a growing audit function focused on Finance Operations, and IT risk.
As an IT Audit Senior, you will assist in planning and executing IT audits, working closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
This role requires you to work on-site at our Northridge, CA office at least 3 days per week.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
