Role Description

Were looking for a full-time Talent Coordinator to join our team at B-Influenced , working on a hybrid schedule with availability to travel several times a year. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok, beauty, and influencer culture , always keeping up with social and industry trends. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven able to manage a schedule independently without micromanagement.

The Talent Manager will oversee relationships with creators and brands, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, pitching and securing brand deals, developing influencer strategies, managing campaign execution from start to finish, and maintaining ongoing reports and KPIs . The role also involves nurturing relationshipscelebrating influencer milestones, visiting brand partners monthly, attending events, and building long-term partnerships that strengthen both our roster and our brand relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing); must be able to communicate fluently in English and understand Spanish content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in analytics and reporting , with the ability to read and interpret social media data and performance metrics.
• Experience using Notion (preferred) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) for day-to-day operations and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills , including managing follow-ups, emails, and client-facing interactions with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated , capable of working independently without micromanagement while maintaining accountability.
• Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships , both with influencers and brand partners.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms , especially TikTok and Instagram , and current influencer marketing trends.
• Preferred experience in talent management or influencer marketing , including campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in data analysis and influencer marketing tools (such as Tribe, MightyScout, or similar).
• Basic understanding of contracts and invoicing , including reviewing deliverables, executing invoices, and following up on payments.
• Strong relationship-building skills , with existing or developing connections in the beauty industry (preferred but not required).
• High attention to detail , creativity, and enthusiasm for the beauty, lifestyle, and influencer space.

SALARY :

$ negotiable base salary based on experience PLUS 5% commissions based on influencer partnerships closed.
