Salary : $50-70k DOE

Seeking a Construction Estimator for a construction company in the Chambersburg PA area.

Essential Functions of the Job :

Provide quotes for potential work in the construction field
Looking for a very detailed person who can learn this industries specific software that quotes are generated in
Person would also assist with finding jobs and jobsites / websites in which jobs are posted for bid purposes
Review all completed jobs to determine accuracy of quotes and ensure profitability targets are hit
Follow-up with GC's and other personnel about any questions on quotes
Put all information about new potential jobs in computer system in the event company is awarded the job
Help with scheduling of actual jobs that bids are awarded
Assist with some Project Management
Review work when done to ensure quotes were good and hitting needed margins on front end

Desired Education / Qualities :

Someone with previous construction estimating experience preferred

Person must be a very detailed oriented person

Prefer someone who is very good with numbers

Need a highly organized, self motivated individual for this position

Position would work out of Chambersburg PA office
