Compensation :
- Hourly pay : $20-$24.50 / hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus : $500 for all new RBT hires
- Performance bonuses : Up to $1,200 annually based on attendance and note completion
- Guaranteed hours : 30 hours per week for employees in good standing, regardless of client cancellations
- Consistent hourly rate : Same pay whether working directly with clients or completing administrative tasks

Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using evidence-based ABA interventionsImplement personalized behavior plans designed by BCBAs® to build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviorsUse discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching techniques to promote child growth and independenceCollect precise behavioral data and maintain comprehensive session notes using technologyCollaborate with ABA team members and multidisciplinary providers (OT, PT, SLP) to support skill masteryRespond to feedback and communicate effectively with team members and familiesParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with best practicesQualifications : Required :

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
