We currently have several openings :
- A Full-Time opening (35-40 hours a week varying between 8am-6pm) M-F in Arvada and Lakewood in center, home, and school.
- A Part-Time opening (20 hours / week, varying between 12 : 30 pm - 5 pm) Mon-Fri in our Lakewood center.
- A Part-Time afternoon opening (15 hours / week varying between 12pm-6pm M-F) in Lakewood, Arvada, and Denver in school, center, and home.

The RBT will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to clients with Autism and other related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and / or school settings. The RBT will collect clinical data on programs and assist the BCBA and / or BCaBA with tracking progress and clinical preference assessments as needed, directly.
RBT Duties / Responsibilities :
Implement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as neededObserve and collect data on the child's behaviorTeach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment planAttend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundariesPosition Requirements :
Already have a RBT credential with the BACBBe at least 18 years of age.
Have graduated from high school or earned a high school equivalency degree, Bachelor's degree preferredClean background checkHigh levels of professionalism including no insubordination on the job or off the jobThis position requires travel time for training and reliable transportation to and from work sitesSitting and / or standing, keyboarding, reading, grasping, mousing, handwriting for 8.0+ hours per day are position requirementsMust be able to lift 40lbs, run, kneel, stand, play and moreThis position handles confidential client information and must adhere to HIPAA laws and company policies for privacyCompletion of the initial company required training and yearly training requirementsAdhere to all company policies regarding time off, cancellations, communication, etc.Pay Range :
$28.00 / hour if less than 1-year experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA / BCaBA program.
$30.25 / hour for 1 to 2 years experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA / BCaBA program.
$32.00 / hour for 3 to 4 years experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA / BCaBA program.
$33.75 / hour for over 5 years experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA / BCaBA program.
Note : This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.
