Bakery Manager

We are seeking a Dynamic Commissary Manager to join our team at Belle's at our Bakery in Pasadena!

We're looking for an individual that is excited about growing the business and new opportunities. Someone with an outgoing personality who is capable of shaping their team, leading by example, taking initiative, forecasting future projects and setting up the restaurant for success. Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily baking and prep for bagels, pastries, and other items
• Manage production schedules and prep lists to ensure consistent quality and supply
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Order, track, and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering efficiency and speed
• Collaborate with GM and CDC on menu development, specials and holiday preorders
• Ability to produce new menu items in a timely manner under the direction of the CDC
• Produce creative product
• Ability to delegate daily tasks to all team members
• Holding the quality of the food to the highest standard by regularly monitoring prep and tasting the food
