Our outpatient behavioral health clinic, Raices Casa BienEstar, caters to adults aged 18 and older across the five boroughs of New York City. Our organization's success is driven by the expertise and dedication of our talented team of professionals, who collaborate effectively to fulfill our objectives. The Spanish Speaking Elderly Council – RAICES is seeking a strategic and compassionate Social Work Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient behavioral health clinic. The Clinical Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure clinical excellence, support staff development, and foster a culture of care for our aging and Spanish-speaking communities

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership : Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive care.
• Supervision & Staff Development : Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development for licensed and pre-licensed staff. Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Program Development & Evaluation : Design, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and policies that align with client needs and agency goals.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including quality improvement initiatives and OMH compliance.
• Operations & Budget Management : Monitor program workflows and manage clinical budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Collect and analyze clinical data to evaluate service delivery and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaboration & Communication : Promote teamwork among interdisciplinary staff and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
