Cost Estimator (Irvine)

Seeking a Construction Estimator whos eager to grow, learn, and make an impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking construction team. Youll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and preconstruction teams to prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals across a diverse range of projects including [insert project types : commercial, multifamily, tenant improvement, ground-up, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure accuracy and alignment on scope and pricing.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and complete pricing.
• Assist in developing budgets, bid proposals, and value engineering recommendations.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
• Maintain current knowledge of market pricing, materials, and subcontractor availability.
