Billing Coordinator II

Role Summary

The Billing Coordinator II combines logistics and accounting expertise to support the shipping department in billing customer loads. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and exporters to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Operations

Collect shipment information and weights to ensure accurate billing.

Partner with team members and provide backup support for other positions as needed.

Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
