What We're Looking For :

As a Grill, Fry, and Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires flexibility, speed, and precision, especially during peak concert times.

Responsibilities : stations vary / rotate per shift.

• Grill Cook : Grill various meats, vegetables, and other food items as per the menu specifications. Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.
• Fry Cook. Operate fryers safely and efficiently to prepare fried foods such as fries, chicken tenders, and other menu items. Monitor oil temperature and quality.
• Prep Cook : Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as per recipes. Assist in the preparation of salads, appetizers, and other dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen manager.
• Monitor inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
