Customer Service Representative
Responsible for providing professional, high-quality phone support regarding pharmacy benefits to clients, pharmacies, and members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promptly and courteously answer inbound calls.
- Assess, prioritize, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document all pertinent call information.
Requirements :
1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).Proficiency in Windows-based applications.Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to change.Preferred : PBM / healthcare experience, Pharmacy Technician certification, or Bilingual (English / Spanish). Education High School Diploma or equivalent Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus Physical Demands - Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.Must meet drug screen & background criteriaCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $15.00
