Caregiver Requirements :

Prior caregiving experience required.

Experience working in a memory care or dementia care setting preferred.

CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred; training can be provided upon hire.

CNA certification preferred.

Must obtain American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of completing your initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification class. AHA First Aid certification is valid for 2 years and must be renewed upon expiration.

Must become medication delegated upon hire and demonstrate the ability to administer medications safely and accurately.

Basic computer knowledge preferred but not required.

What you'll do as a Caregiver :

Assist residents with daily tasks such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.

Observe and report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records for care plans, medications, and activities.

Help with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Lead or support leisure and social activities based on individual care plans to enhance quality of life.
