Vice President Of Revenue

DropThought, an innovative and rapidly-growing early-stage startup in the technology sector, is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Vice President of Revenue to join our expanding team. Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement creative and scalable revenue generation strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively represent our product or service, while promoting a healthy work-life balance
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers, positioning [Company Name] as a disruptive force in the market
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to validate market fit, iterate on offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Establish and refine sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems that drive accountability and results within the sales organization
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving expansion efforts and revenue growth
  • Champion a culture of integrity, accountability, tenacity, and work-life balance throughout the organization
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies that promote collaboration, motivation, and personal growth
  • Set and achieve specific sales targets, such as closing 67 deals per month with an average deal size of $20,000, to contribute to the overall annual sales goal of $4 million
