- Be part of a collaborative neonatology team within a robust regional network
- Primary site is a high-acuity Level III NICU with strong MFM and subspecialty support
- Average NICU census of 36 with 7k annual deliveries system-wide
- Opportunity to manage complex cases, including micropreemies and surgical neonates
- Supported by a well-structured team, including NPs and scribes
- Utilize the Epic EMR system and contribute to neonatal transport coordination efforts
