Supervisor, Quality Assurance

The Supervisor, Quality Control is responsible for the supervision of all inspection and non-destructive testing operations as well as interacting with production teams to provide appropriate resource coverage for all inspection operations. This position is also open to current employees who meet the requirements and are in good standing.

Minimum / Preferred Requirements :

• Minimum of 5-8 years work in similar industry
• Bachelors degree (related education and / or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted)
• Able to read / write / speak / understand English
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Prior experience with part 145 / 21 certification inspection preferred
• Knowledge of all processes used in turbine engine repair
• Quality oriented
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Read, write and understand specs, manuals, procedures
• Good communication skills
• Must be familiar with all aspects of the production procedures in relation to assigned processes
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to use analytical problem-solving techniques
• Detailed knowledge of inspection processes
• High degree of professionalism with a focus on customer care
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong computer skills
