What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop an understanding of the employer's strategic objectives and market landscape to identify acquisition opportunities
Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including screening, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential disruptions
Structure and negotiate deal terms, including valuation and legal agreements
Mentor and support junior team members in the corporate development group
What is Required (Qualifications) :
10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Familiarity with private capital, legal, investment banking, and / or accounting & consulting markets
Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
