Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices with precision, ensuring accurate coding and adherence to company policies.
• Manage payment methods, including ACH and check runs, while maintaining timely and secure transactions.
• Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve issues with vendors promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and resolve payment-related queries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and address overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and update vendor account information to maintain accurate records.
• Implement improvements to accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
