Business Operations Technician

A company is looking for a Business Operations Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Ethernet testing, including performance, interoperability, and compliance testing

Utilize Ethernet test tools and methodologies to ensure network functionality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document test results and report issues

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Ethernet testing and VLANs

Strong understanding of EVC and UNEs in telecom environments

Proficiency with Ethernet test tools such as IXIA or Spirent

Preferred MEF certifications like MEF-CECP

Experience in a telecom or network service provider environment
