Job description

Director Of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to lead our operational strategy and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in operations management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for growth and improvement within the organization.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational processes, implementing changes as necessary to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions from team members.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for development.

Experience :

  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects effectively, with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in business development initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
  • A background in senior leadership roles is preferred, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in home health / long term care or any related setting.
  • Experience with payroll, billing, auditing, and Microsoft 365.
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and implement new systems effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and support business growth.
  • Proven ability to build and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
