LOCATION : 10 Risho Ave., E. Providence, RI 02914

HOURS : Day Shift; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME : Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will :

Complete invoice entry and processing, vendor creation, vendor payments / check production, mailing of payments, vendor account reconciliations, etc.

Process and reconcile credit card activity.

Assist Senior Accountant with month-end close procedures, including necessary reconciliations, expense accruals and other adjustments.

This includes preparation and posting of certain month-end journal entries.

All you need is :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Business administration, or a related field

A minimum of one (1) year experience in accounting and finance

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got :

Strong expertise with accounting software (Great Plains is preferred) and Microsoft Excel
