Executive Chef

Job Summary

Luxury Hotel and Resort is looking for an Executive Chef with the utmost professionalism and attention-to-detail. You will ensure perfection and excellence in all culinary operations, including banquets, concessions, commissary, quick service and stewarding.

This position is located about 45 minutes north of Orlando.

Executive Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities :

• You must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury culinary concepts.
• You must have experience overseeing over $10M in yearly F&B revenue.
• You must have excellent communication skills, coaching abilities and care about your team.
• You must have a do-whatever-it-takes mentality.
• You must have experience leading a team of Chefs.
• You must have incredible attention to detail and organizational skills.
• You will be selecting and training culinary employees.
• You will be assisting in the planning and development of menus.
• You will control expenses, budget and inventory.
• You will be overseeing a Fine Dining Steakhouse, an extremely busy casual concept and a seasonal poolside operation roughly $14M in yearly revenue.
