Job description

Overview

Commercial Lines Account Manager / Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager for The Jonus Group. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, servicing accounts, and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure client satisfaction.

Compensation

  • Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 annually + bonus potential
  • Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with mid- to large-sized accounts.
  • Service accounts across various industries, including contractors, manufacturing, transportation, and real estate.
  • Collaborate with a team that handles certificates, loss runs, and claims, as well as a junior account manager for additional support.
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Licenses / Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience : 8+ years of experience in commercial insurance preferred; proven ability to manage a diverse book of business and work independently.
  • Software Proficiency : Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; problem-solving mindset with attention to detail; team-oriented with a collaborative approach; ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
