Job Title : Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator who will be responsible for all aspects of Electrical estimation which includes taking off lighting, wiring devices, and gear as well as working directly with vendors to compile accurate estimates for potential commercial and residential multi-family Electrical projects of $1 Million+.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately estimate plan and spec Electrical projects using estimating software
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and quotes
• Prepare labor and material estimates as well as subcontractor pricing
• Prepare and submit proposals
• Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships
• Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs
• Prepare submittal packages
• Interact with the sales and project management teams to ensure all projects are performed under budget and according to plans and specifications
