The Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who can own campaigns from concept to conversion , managing private equity capital-raise initiatives that attract, educate, and convert accredited investors.
This role blends creative execution with data-driven strategy . You'll coordinate across design, CRM, and ad operations teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns that move investors from first impression to committed capital.
What You'll Do
- Manage Capital Raise Campaigns : Plan and execute marketing campaigns for private equity and real estate offerings, from creative brief through post-launch reporting.
- Client-Facing Strategy : Interface directly with clients (fund managers, syndicators, developers) to understand investment goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Creative Coordination : Work with internal and external creative teams on ad copy, design, video, and PR packages that align with brand voice and compliance standards.
- Email Marketing & Automation : Build and manage investor journeys, nurture campaigns, and drip sequences within our CRM system (GoHighLevel-based).
- Ad Campaign Management : Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn , ensuring performance optimization and compliance.
- Social Media & Content Oversight : Direct organic and paid strategies for brand positioning and investor engagement.
- Performance Reporting : Analyze campaign data, track investor funnel metrics, and present insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner closely with CRM developers, designers, and account managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves :
4+ years of experience in digital marketing , ideally in financial services, private equity, real estate investing, or wealth management .Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end .Strong understanding of email automation , lead funnels , and investor journey mapping .Experience managing creative teams (designers, videographers, writers).Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or HubSpot .Excellent communication and presentation skills - you'll be client-facing and speaking directly with executives and investors.Bonus Points For :
Familiarity with SEC / FINRA compliance , Reg D offerings , and investment marketing regulations.Experience using GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.What You'll Get
