Schedulesincoming orders (new and changeorders).
Attendsproduction meetings to review orderstatus.
Communicatesinformation to project managers and sales representatives in atimelyfashion.
Utilizes a baseknowledge of SE products and theiruse.
Maintainsaccurate and complete documentation of customer communication andactiontaken.
Maintaincustomer request (CR) system and timely feedback to projectmanagers andcustomers.
