Position Overview : The Regional Director of Operations play a pivotal role in overseeing business administration, strategy, and vision for market growth in your designated region. Leading and guiding guest service, account, city, and area managers, you will ensure that all operations meet contractual expectations. This role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications : 5+ years of multi-site operations management experience in the hospitality industry OR a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in multi-site operations. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon hire. Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes. Experience in the parking or hospitality industry, including guest and customer experience, is preferred. This list is not all inclusive.

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) : This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning employees in this role is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
