Fi is looking for a Midweight Designer!

Fi is a team building real-time dog-health technology to improve the lives of dogs and their owners. We’re a group with backgrounds from Square, Google, Peloton, Uber, and more, focused on transforming the dog-human relationship through innovation in tracking, activity, sleep, behavior monitoring, and more. We seek someone who thrives in innovative, collaborative environments and wants to help dogs live longer, better lives. This role spans brand, product, and marketing, and involves both production work and motion design to keep Fi’s day-to-day needs moving while shaping moving work that makes our brand feel alive.

This role is for an experienced designer who can balance production precision with big concepts—able to think big, present convincingly, execute cleanly, move fast, and push the work further.

What You’ll Do

• Design : Creating holistic brand systems, shaping campaigns, brand communications, and digital experiences.
• Motion and Animation : Supplement ongoing design work with motion graphics that enhance the overall design.
• Support campaigns : Bring concepts to life across video, social, web, email, and paid channels.
• Handle day-to-day requests : Field marketing and lifecycle design needs, delivering production-ready assets on time and on brand.
• Adapt & extend creative : Resize, reformat, and iterate on existing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strengthen the system : Help refine Fi’s motion and design guidelines for a cohesive identity across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads to deliver polished, effective work.

Salary

$90,000 - $135,000 a year

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000–$135,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. This role is eligible for equity compensation.
